I know exactly why I'm carrying it- my FOOD has been out of control lately. I never really stopped with the holiday snacking/wining/snacking/desserts. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So starting today, I'm logging my food on my plate again. and aiming for 120 grams of protein, and tons of veggies and water. I can do this! I increased my weights without checking last week's workout, and also I got confused and skipped right to workout 3 for this stage. Oops. So I increased my squats by 20 pounds and step ups by a lot more than I meant to. No wonder it felt so hard. I'm sure the soreness will make me remember this is not exactly as easy as it feels. The workouts are short (right around 20 minutes) so it's easy for me to feel like I didn't work hard enough.
