3 rounds of 1 minutes circuits: (1 hurdle, 1 heavy bag, 1 bosu, 1 jump rope, then spin bike, then another circuit)
minihurdle: side squats, then bunny hops, then leaps
heavy bag: back lunge/front kick, roundhouse kick, punching
bosu: side leap/squats, pushups, squats
jump rope: 1 minute each round
Spin Bike intervals: 1 min sprint, 1 minute recovery (x2)
These workouts are always a bit challenging because mentally I never feel like I've worked as hard. It's not a fullout sprint with anything and its not completely blowing out muscles like with heavy lifting. But I am always surprisingly sore the next day. My shins hurt a little bit today, I think this is from the bunny hops.
