monday 6/29 workout

I was traveling to portland this weekend, and travel makes it HARD to eat clean and workout. I got a nice run/circuit workout in with my sister though. the weather was amazing!

3 mile run (30 mins)

circuit:
3 rounds:
15 pushups
15 burpees
15 bench dips
15 mountain climbers

5 sprints, 20 sec, 40 sec recovery
