wednesday 7/15

I was more sore today than I've been in a very long time. But it was a good sore! I can feel my body changing. I've now gone 3 days without any wheat products and I am feeling amazing! All of my carbs have come from oatmeal, fruit, quinoa, beans or veggies all week. So far, I can tell a difference already. I'm going to continue this experiment through the next 2 weeks and attempt to do a cleaner version of my usual cheat meal this weekend. Sushi and wine appear to be the only cheats I can really get away with and not feel sick. So thats my plan. No bread, nothing heavy. We'll see how it goes. We weigh in on friday, and I've been stuck at this same weight (give or take 2 pounds) for about 2 months really. I think giving up the bread (even though it's all been ezekiel bread, etc) might help me get these last 10-15 pounds gone. 

As for the workout, thank GOD we did upper body today. I felt really weak in my chest though, must be from the thrusters on Monday and Tuesday. It would be smarter to stick to a run on Tuesday/Thursdays than to throw in another boot camp workout. I was way too tired. But a good workout overall.
