did my KB practice this morning at 545- it rocked!
10 mins TGU with 20 pound
100 one handed swings with 20 pound
100 2 handed swings with 25 pound
100 2 handed swings with 35 pound
3 x 5 overhead press with 25 pound for practice
2x5 racked KB squat with 35 pound for practice
