monday kettlebells

i switched my workout today so I can meet my workout buddies tomorrow for weights. worked out perfectly for some extra KB practice at home.

5 min TGU with 20 pound

20 min of fast swings, one handed, in sets of 20.

i finished approximately 300 swings.

all in all, a great fast workout. felt really good overall
