tuesday cardio

after 2 weeks of sucking, i finally got some cardio in. I've been sick this weekend as well, but felt much better after getting a little run in.

Ran 2 miles in 20 mins

then 8 hill sprints in front of my house. each sprint was approx 25 seconds. followed by a walk back down the hill.

go me!
