it was a rough week, so i only worked out with weights twice- tuesday and friday.
here's tuesdays:
1st set 20, 2nd set 15, 3rd set 12 - no rest in between the exercises:
squats with bar + 10's on each side
pushups
pullups on gravitron (85)
1 min rest after all 3 sets
5 min steady state cardio
1st set 20, 2nd set 15, 3rd set 12 - no rest in between the exercises:
lunges
incline flyes
bent over rows
(we did all exercises with 10lb dumbbells)
1 min rest after all 3 sets
1 min jump rope
1 min punching
1 min jump rope
1 min punching
a couple of minutes of rest
last thing was incline sprints on the treadmill - 6 times
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
incline 10.0, speed at least 5.0-6.0
