quick KB workout before my flight on sunday morning:
Tabata intervals, 4 rounds:
1. KB swings- 4 minutes
2. KB goblet squats - 4 minutes
3. KB upright rows- 4 minutes
4. KB presses/snatches- 2 minutes, each. couldn't get a full round of either exercise with tabata
about 50 pushups and 5 pullups to wrap it up!
