sunday kettlebells

awesome workout today. so simple, and yet so challenging. I call it my KB 500!

swings x 300 (sets of 20 with 25 lb kettlebell)

goblet squats x 100 (sets of 20 with 35 lb kettlebell)

snatches x 100 (sets of 5, alternating with 20 lb kettlebell)

total time, 24 minutes
