I tried more of a strength building plan today, I had a lot of energy which has been rare lately. So I took full advantage of it!
Chest- Legs- Back- Biceps
5x5 Incline bench (75, 75, 85, 85, 85)
3x10 incline bench (45)
5x5 Squats (95, 95, 95, 95, 85)
3x15 KB goblet squats (35 lbs)
3x10 KB deadlifts (35 lbs)
5x5 lat pulls (90 90 90, 80, 80)
5x5 KB shoulder press (20 lbs)
3x10 KB swing (45 lbs)
4x10 hammer curls (15 lbs)
