I'm traveling and woke up sore from sleeping on a couch...so time for weights!
I only had 10s and 5s, so i did higher reps:
round 1:
front squat push press 4x15
plie squat upright row 4x10
round 2
shoulder press 4x12
static squat bicep curl 4x12
round 3:
walking lunge, lateral raise (5s) 2x15
10s:
deadlift bentover row 4x12
bentover fly 3x10
incline chest press 3x10
skull crushers 3x10
