upper body circuit
4 rounds:
1x10 each side Snatches(20 lbs)
1x10 each side Chest press (25 lbs)
1x10 pushups
1x10 each side One armed row (25 lbs)


kb swing challenge day 13:

10 min of 30/30 swing intervals (25 lbs)
