monday kettlebells

good Kb workout this morning:

1 round of 10x20 swings with 35 lbs. (approx 15 second rest in btw)

1x5 windmills each side (20)
1x5 presses each side (20)

1 round of 10x20 swings with 35 lbs. (approx 15 second rest in btw)

4x10 deadlifts (35)
4x10 goblet squats (35)
2x3 snatches each side (20)
2x5 presses each side (20)
