fit Club 12 week challenge, day 11 of 84

fun outdoor workout today!

Obstacle course and run around the pond:

2 rounds of:
10 jumpovers
10 assisted pullups
10 decline pushups
4 jumps
10 step ups each leg
10 bench dips

1 half mile jog

repeat!
