its the beginning of week 4 for fit club! my diet has not been nearly as good as it should be. time to tighten it up!
Monday workout was a circuit of weights/plyo:
stepups 15 each leg (12 lbs)
step jumps 15 each leg
squats 15 with weights
jump squats 15
pushups on bench 10
walkovers on bench 10
tricep walks 15
bentover row 15 with weights
walkouts 15
box jumps with squats15
15 crunches with weight
15 lower crunches
we did each round 2 times, then added on the next round, then completed one full circuit. total workout time around 45 mins.
