Upper body-

5x10, each set followed by bodyweight exercise

1. Pec Deck (55) / Alternating Arm Pushups

2. T Bar row (25, 35, 35, 35, 35) / renegade rows with 15 lb dbs

3. overhead press (17.5, 17.5, 17.5, 15, 15) / marine pushups
