busy week of work meetings so my workouts got messed up:
Tuesday- cardio ladders (did not happen)
Wednesday- BW workout....turned into a circuit at the house before work:
5 rounds of 20 KB swings (35), then 20 pushups
5 rounds of 10 KB squats (40), then 10 pushups
4 rounds of clean and press (25), sets of 4
Thursday- Weights- Chest, Legs, back:
12-10-8-6-12
splits squats with dumbbells (17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 22.5)
seated chest press (50, 60,70, 80, 70)
bulgarians (15, 20, 20, 20, 15)
one armed row (17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 22.5)
tricep kickback (8, 10, 12, 12, 10)
abs Medicine ball crunches (8, 10, 10, 12, 10)
