monday

Not enough time to do my full NROL4W workout today so I did this instead;

1. a. 4x10 bench press (105, 95. 95, 95)
1.b. 4x10 shoulder press (22.5, 20, 20, 17.5)

2.a. 4x10 bentover row (22.5, 25, 25, 22.5)
2. b. 4x10 upright row (17.5)

3. body squats 1x50
