I felt like doing some heavy lifting today....it was awesome:

Legs day:
5x5 sumo deadlift @135
2x1 deadlift @175
2x10 deadlift @ 155

5x5 squat at 155
2x10 squat @135
2x10 front squat @45

pullups
1x5 @25
1x5 @40

l-sits for abs
4x10 seconds
