For the next 5 weeks, while I'm prepping for the half marathon, I;m trying to keep my weight workouts really intensely focused on cardio and strength at the same time. Very little rest, full body workout.
Today:
Round 1: 4x10. no rest
squats (115)
incline bench (65)
Round 2: 4x10 no rest
stiff dead (70)
db chest press (30 x2)
Round 3 4x10 no rest
leg press (180)
assisted pull ups (70)
Round 4 4x10 no rest
sumo squats (45 kb)
kb overhead press (2x20)
