I'm hoping this is the first of 2 good workouts today, I really need to get in a long run because I didn't have the chance this weekend.
Workout 1: 6 am
early morning kettle bells, oh how I have missed you!
2 handed Swings: 13x20 (40 lbs kb), minimal rest
Snatches: 10x5, each hand (20 lbs)
total time: 20 minutes
workout 2: 830 am
4.1 miles on treadmill, 37:07- this is super fast for me! i'm psyched!
