Tuesday:
deadlifts 4x8 (135)
rows 4x8 (25 dbs)
assisted pull-ups 4x8 (70)
double KB press 4x10 (20 lbs)

Wed: rest

Thursday: chest/triceps
incline DB press 4x8 (35)
flat DB press 4x8 (30)
bench dips 4x10
kb snatches 4x10 (25)

friday: rest

saturday: cardio / rest
40 min uphill on treadmill 15 percent @3.8 mph

sunday: KB conditioning
1000 kettlebell swings! (800 @ 35 lbs, 200 @ 25 lbs, mostly 2 handed swings)
100 goblet squats (25 lbs)
