monday workout

today was weights, upper body, and OUCH, i'm going to be sore.

Incline Bench Press

1x15 (bar, warm up)
4x10 (85, 75, 75, 75)

Bench Press
4x10 (85, 85, 85, 75)

Lateral Raises
4x10 (10s, 12.5s, 12.5s, 12.5s)

Tricep Bench  dips
4x12
