Today was a cardio day...so I decided to do treadmill sprints. I'm going to try to do 1 steady state, 1 ladders and 1 sprints each week for cardio. Eventually I'll migrate to 1 swim, 1 bike, 1 run so I can do another triathlon in September. yahoo!
Today:
16 x 30 secs sprint (9.5 mph for the first 8, 10 mph the second 8) with 1 minute walk in between.
2.51 miles in 26 minutes!
