thursday cardio

I only had a few minutes for my workout today. I had to race to cram it in between my last meeting and my deadline to race to daycare (we get fined if we're late!). It felt good later when I realized how much my brain has shifted to a spot where the workout is not optional, and where I'm arranging things to make sure the workout fits in. I am my priority!

Quick treadmill intervals:

20 mins of 1 min intervals (3.8 mph, 8.0 mph)

I did exactly 2 miles, and got super sweaty. This felt awesome!
