I did a combination of Ladders, intervals and finished with 3 mins of steady state
First 20:
4 ladders, 5 mins each: 3.8, 4.5, 5.7, 6.5, 7.7
10 mins:
2 min 3.8 mph, 1 min 10.5 (3 rounds)
Finished with 3 mins @ 6.6 mph
