tuesday cardio
30 minutes of intervals, I lost count of most of it, but it was something like this:
5 min walk warmup
15 minutes of 1 minute intervals at 8.0 with 1 min recovery
10 minutes of 30 second sprints at 10.0 with 1 min recovery
5 minutes of incline walking @ 13 percent incline
3 sets of 8 hanging leg raises for abs. ouch
