singapore jet lag ass kicking workout!

after 30 hours in transit, I landed in singapore at 1 am monday morning (it was noon on sunday back home, so my clock is all wack)

after a good 5 hour sleep, I was ready to go! was meeting my coworker in the fitness center at 930 and I had time to kill, so I went for a 30 minute jog to explore the area. Its absolutely beautiful and very humid! we're 1 degree from the equator and it's the rainy season, its steamy!

Today's weight workout was leg, chest, back with 1 minute sprints:

circuit 1
3x15 each
Leg press (160, 180, 180)
Bench Press (95, 95, 95)
Lat Pull (90, 90, 90)
1 minute sprint (9.5 mph)

circuit 2
3x15 each
stiff legged deadlift (50, 50, 50)
chest fly (37.5, 37.5, 37.5)
low row (75, 75, 75)
1 minute sprint (9.9)

circuit 3
3x15 each
squat (50, 50, 50)
incline dumbbell press (30, 25, 25)
assisted pullups
1 minute sprint (9.9)

this was intense! I have a massage scheduled for 9 pm tonight. i'm excited!! the hotel is uber swanky and i'm going to take advantage of it.

We spent a good part of the day walking and exploring, so I think I will be totally wiped out by tonight.
