broken toe workout circuit

5 mins warm up on bike

3 times barbell circuit with 30 pounds no rest
1x10 bicep curls
1x10 upright rows
1x10 overhead press
1x10 bentover row
1x10 deadlift
1x10 good mornings

3x10 assisted pullups (50 pounds)
3x10 assisted dips (50 pounds)
4x10 tricep pressdowns (40 pounds)

leg circuit
1 min leg press (150)
1 min leg extension (55)
1 min leg curl (50)
1 min overhead press
1 min leg press (150)
1 min leg extension (55)
1 min leg curl (50)
1 min chest press (65)
