wednesday legs fun!

had to fly out this morning to california so i had to do my leg workout with kettlebells before my flight.

4 sets of 15 - stiff legged dead lift (35 pound)

4 sets of 10 each leg - squats- 35 pound

3 sets of 10 each leg- lunges (35 pound)

60 push ups

4 side planks (30 seconds each)
