tuesday cardio

back in the saddle today. was going to run outside but the wind was bitter!

so off to the dreadmill for sprints.

30 mins of 30-45 second sprints, speed ranging from 8.0-11.0. I rested 60-90 seconds in between each

followed by 25 hanging knee raises and 50 weighted twists to work my abs.

off to the office!
