Legs, Chest, Back circuit workout:

Circuit 1: (3x12 each, no rest)
squat
incline bench
low row

1 minute @ 10.0 mph

Circuit 2: (3x12each ,no rest)
leg press (145)
smith machine bench
pullups

1 minute @9.5 mph

Circuit 3: (3x10 each no rest)
stiff legged dead lift
overheard barbell press
lat pull

hill sprint @10 percent incline, 6.0 mph, 20 secs on, 10 sec rest x4

2 minutes jump rope

2x20 hanging ab raises
