wow. today was hellish. I hated every minute of this workout
4x15 of everything, with 1 minute rest after each full set:
front squat with overhead press (45, 45, 35, 35)
lunges with bicep curl (12.5)
bentover row with stiff legged deads (35, 35, 35, 65)
tricep overhead press with plie squat (20)
frog hops (YUCK)
