short workout tonight, but boy did i need it.
Pullup work:
5 sets of 5 negative pullups
2 REAL pullups- in a row! i rock!
3 sets of 5 assisted pullups with 25 pounds
Cardio:
20 min treadmill work/2 miles broken out like this:
5 min ladder: 3.8, 5.0, 6.0, 6.8, 7.5
5 min steady state : 6.4
10 minutes of 8.6 sprints @45 seconds, with 1 minute rest
