monday quick weights

since it's memorial day, i had to take kiddo to the gym daycare to get my workout in. we only lasted 1 solid circuit before i sensed I should check on him. we had a 'potty training emergency" and had to leave quickly.

oh well- 15 minutes in and a great weight workout!

4x10 superset: no rest between any exercises

Leg Press (145, 155, 155, 155)
Bench Press (95, 105, 95, 45 - last set was 30 reps)
Lat Pull (80, 90, 90, 90)

I'll do some kettlebell swings tonight to get a bit more of a workout in.
