thursday fun- Xtreme Fat Loss workout

I'm trying a new program for a couple of weeks by the turbulence training team :Xtreme Fat Loss workout. its a 25 day program.

Today was day 1, Density workout 1:

Circuit A, complete 1 round, then rest 120 secs, then repeat:
reverse lunge with javelin press (30 sec each leg) (15lbs) (30 sec rest)
kb swing (45 seconds) (25 lb) (30 sec rest)
jump squats (45 seconds) (25 sec rest)
walkouts (60 seconds)


Circuit B complete 1 round, then rest 120 secs, then repeat::
push up walks with medicine ball (30 seconds, then 20 sec rest)
inverted row (15 lbs) 35 secs, then 30 sec rest
goblet squat with 25 lb KB 45 seconds , then 25 sec rest
DB curl to press (25 seconds), (15 lb, then 17.5)


Circuit C; complete 1 round, then rest 60 secs, then repeat:
Y press- 45 second, then 10 sec rest
garhammer raises -60 seconds
