saturday weights
fun workout in my front yard tonight.
warmup: 20 solid minutes of hula hooping (FAST with a heavy hoop!)
stiff legged deadlift 4x15 (65)
dumbbell squats 4x12 (50 lbs)
walking lunges 3x15 (bodyweight)
