3 circuits no rest:
40 one handed swings (20 pounds) in sets of 10
5 negative pull ups
20 sumo squats (25 pounds)
100 swings (25 pound)
20 presses (each side)
50 snatches (15 pound) sets of 5
Total time: 19 minutes
