monday weights

I took last week off to go on vacation, it was a nice break from weights! but today, i'm back!

Superset 1, 4 times through this circuit:

Incline Bench Press x12 (75, 75, 75, 70)

Squats x25 (65, 65, 65, 65)

Lat Pulldown x12 (80, 70. 70. 70)

Smith Machine Squats x25 (65, 65, 65, 65)


Superset 2, 3 times through this circuit:

bicep curlsx12 (15, 12.5, 12.5)

calf raises on smith machinex20 (95, 95, 95)

tricep bench dips x12
