30 second bosu pushups
30 second bosu mountain climbers
30 second bosu fast feet
30 second bosu side lunges
circuit 2: no rest in between, repeat 3 times
30 second butt kickers
30 second full squats
30 second alternating lunges
30 second side lunges/high knees
circuit 3: no rest in between
1 min spin sprint
1 min plank
1 min spin sprint
1 min pushup plank
1 min spin sprint
30 second bosu crunches
