Smith Calf Raises (65, 75, 105, 125)

Squats (65, 85, 95, 105, 95)

Round 2: 2x15

Walking Lunges with Dumbbells 2x15: (17.5, 20)

Seated Calf Raises 2 x15 (70, 70)
