weekend- day 11 and day 12- 21 day kettlebell challenge

Saturday: day 11 KB swing challenge. this was the longest workout (20 mins of interval swings and lunges and knee pushups). i did it first thing in the morning and felt great!)

sunday: day 12- short 5 minutes of tabata swings and knee pushups. good workout! i did a bunch of windmills and presses today too.
