bentover row 70

round 2- 3x10
front squat push press (40)

round 3- 5x5
barbell bicep curl (30)
lat pull (80, 80, 70, 70)

round 4: 1 x20
incline bench (45)

sprints: 7x 20/40 (9.0 mph)
