- 30 sec elliptical sprint
- 30 sec recover
- 30 sec thrusters
- 30 sec recover

5 min steady state incline walk (min 12 incline, 3 speed)

repeat 3x
- 30 sec pushups
- 30 sec recover
- 30 sec mountain climbers
- 30 sec recover
