fit Club 12 week challenge, day 73

Crazy workout today.

Cardio during 5 min breaks while each of us ran through this circuit:

20-15-12-10
Squats
Pushups
Walkings lunges
smith machine pullups
thrusters

I did 5 sets of 5 min cardio in between, jogging on treadmill.

that. was. hard!
