fit Club 12 week challenge, day 75

super fast circuit today! i had a mtg at 9 today so i had to do this one in 25 minutes. I am super sweaty!

20-15-12-10- no rest

squats with db curl (15 lbs)
pushups with medicine ball
lunges with OH db (15 lbs)
tricep walks
1 min treadmill sprint (9.5 mph)
