Goals

I'm writing some goals to hit in time for the baby's 1 year birthday in January. By January 15th, I will:

Strength Goals:
1. Bench press 155 pounds
2. Squat 175 pounds
3. Deadlift 135 pounds (I'm struggling with form here)
4. Complete 3 unassisted pullups

Endurance Goals:
Run a sub 30 min 5k

Body goals:
Lose 13 pounds
Lose 3 inches from waist

these things can, and will be, done!
