I'm carrying about 15 extra pounds right now, and the baby just turned 1, so I can't call it baby weight anymore! I know exactly why I'm carrying it- my FOOD has been out of control lately. I never really stopped with the holiday snacking/wining/snacking/desserts.
So starting today, I'm logging my food on my plate again. and aiming for 120 grams of protein, and tons of veggies and water. I can do this! I've got about 10 cute pairs of jeans in my closet just dying to be worn!
I might get back in touch with my personal trainer and try to schedule twice monthly accountability reviews for homework assignments, weigh ins and workouts.
