After 3 days of severe headaches I finally got in a quick workout:
Crossfit Fran- modified
3 rounds of thrusters followed by pullups no rest
Thruster 15-12-9(45)
Pullups 15-12-9(55)
2x5 negative pullup
Total time: 8 minutes
